A very rare and stunning walnut finished, 1969 Pioneer C-6000A with built in solid state tuner/amp and Perpetuum-Ebner 2016 automatic turntable with vintage speakers... All serviced and ready for your vinyl! The solid walnut cabinet has been gently rubbed down and fresh WACO oil applied... The grain just pops out at you!
It is in great condition with only minor age related marks. It has a fully serviced, cleaned and re-greased PE 2016 turntable and a new needle/stylus has been added to the PC-35 magnetic cartridge.... All ready to play Sinatra or Nilsson through the included pair of re-coned vintage Zenith boxes! Although we all still want to hear our old vinyl from this amazing mid-century piece, it comes complete with Bluetooth installed so you can stream all your music in beautiful rich, retro-stereo! It also comes with the original owners manual. Each speaker, 15.5Hx11Wx7.5D. Origin Zip code: NV 89002. Although previously noted, here is the 14 point service list. Tuner/amplifier chassis is removed and all resistors checked. Tubes and/or transistors are checked and any weak/faulty ones replaced with new. All wax-paper capacitors are replaced and in most cases all electrolytic caps replaced. All controls are cleaned with De-Oxit contact cleaner. Dial facia bulbs are replaced with new.Tuner cord is inspected and replaced if frayed. Turntable is removed and mechanism cleaned and re-greased.
Spindle bearing is cleaned and re-greased. Idler wheel is inspected and replaced if needed. Motor mounts are checked and often replaced. Motor is cleaned and armature bearings re-oiled. Turntable is RPM checked to be at correct speed.
A new needle is installed and often a new cartridge. Cabinet is cleaned, polished and completely dressed. Only the tuner/amp, turntable and speakers are for sale, all the other items are for photographic display only, they are not included. But you are guaranteed to receive a fully functioning working machine and all replaced parts are covered for 90 days.
I strive to give as accurate a description as possible, but patina and age-related wear are to be expected with a 50 year old item. However, I will always indicate any noticeable defects..... I price my consoles on cabinet condition so please ask questions!
